1. Who we are

CL Accounting Reporting SRL (trading as "CLAR EXPERT"), with its registered office at Str. Paris nr. 36, Sector 1, Bucharest, Romania, registered at the Trade Register under no. J2020016996403, Tax ID RO 35695768, is the controller of your personal data.

2. What data we collect

We only collect data that you voluntarily provide through the forms on our website:

  • Contact form: name, e-mail address, phone (optional), message.
  • Quote request form: name, company, e-mail, phone (optional), number of documents/month, number of employees, VAT status, additional details.

3. Purpose of processing

Your data is used solely to:

  • Respond to your messages and enquiries;
  • Prepare and send personalised accounting service quotes;
  • Contact you regarding your request.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by submitting the form, and on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in responding to commercial enquiries.

5. Who we share data with

Data may be shared with:

  • Resend Inc. — transactional e-mail service provider, used to deliver form messages;
  • Cloudflare Inc. — hosting and web infrastructure provider.

We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Retention period

Data is kept for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, but no longer than 12 months from the last interaction, after which it is deleted.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you;
  • Rectification — correct inaccurate data;
  • Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten");
  • Restriction — limit processing under certain conditions;
  • Portability — receive your data in a structured format;
  • Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest;
  • Withdrawal of consent — at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

8. Complaints

If you believe that our processing of your data infringes the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) — www.dataprotection.ro.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: secure connection (HTTPS/TLS), restricted access and providers compliant with security standards.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to update this policy. Any changes will be published on this page with the update date.
